Tensioning the screens allows for maximum strength with a finer wire gauge, optimizing production through increased open area. In high moisture applications, the use of stainless-steel screens can be very useful.

The optional third product conveyor allows the single drum, TR6450 trommel screen, to produce three unique products in one pass.

CONVINIENT LOADING

With a hopper height of 9.5 ft (2.9 m), the operator can load material without having to build a ramp to the machine, decreasing loading cycle times.

ADVANCED CONTROLS

The ability to adjust the working trommel from the loader is made possible by the standard full-function remote control, which allows you to adjust screening functions, raise and lower conveyors, pause the hopper, reverse the engine fan and more.

MAINTENANCE-FRIENDLY

The hydraulic-driven chain drive system provides positive drum drive and allows the drum to lift off of the cog for service and maintenance.
