FEATURES & BENEFITS

EASE OF MAINTENANCE

The hydraulically-operated side door provides full exposure to the rotor, comb and belly conveyor to minimize maintenance time. The service area has been designed to allow you to perform maintenance without overhead obstructions.

The belly conveyor can be removed without detaching the discharge conveyor — allowing for minimally invasive service.

The maintenance-friendly and highly accessible engine bay design includes large access doors, multiple ladder points and a large service platform to help with ease of maintenance and serviceability.

The service jog feature at the operator’s station allows you to rotate the rotor, enabling necessary maintenance on both the rotor and the tips.

ADJUSTABILITY

This 10-ft (3 m) welded rotor comes equipped with a 21-tooth configuration consisting of both tall and short teeth. Reliability and maintenance were kept front of mind — as evident by the dual-bolt quick-change teeth.

The design of the LS3600 gives your operation versatility with the ability to control the size of the material by adjusting the spacing between the comb and rotor.

The comb constantly monitors cylinder pressure and will open when the set pressure is reached, providing protection to the rotor, transmission and driveline.

PRODUCTIVITY

The machine features a reversible mechanical transmission for efficient power transfer, maximizing productivity. A torque limiter automatically disengages the drive at max torque to help protect critical components.
